Hello, My name is Amanda and I am a food nerd. Well, just a nerd actually, but especially about food! This is my foodblog/recipe journal/review blog/safe haven for nerdieness of all kinds. I currently work as a pastry line cook, but I have worked in the food industry for years in all sorts of roles. I miss using my "savory" side when Im not at work so this is a little place for me to come and have true creative control.
